Order a note 20 ultra's case from them

Order a note 20 ultra's case from them, Delivery took long but the the product was great ????.

So far I have only ever bought 2 products from them, their wireless charger and their keychain. The charger can be finicky on phone placement but otherwise it works fine. The keychain works fine too.

Great value for what you get

Let’s get this out of the way first, I would pay more for their items if their stuff was made a little better in quality. That’s said, the low cost you do pay for their cases and screen protectors is amazing. Whenever I buy a new phone the next two things I order are always the liquid clear case and ez fit glass screen protector.

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE

The cases are decent but the customer service is atrocious. They mailed me the incorrect product (note 20 case instead of NOTE 20 ULTRA) and when I queried this, they told me that I would have to pay shipping fees to return it and if I had opened the package they could refuse my refund. They also explained it would be easier to send it back as a refund rather than exchange due to co-vid implications. I've explained to them that it was THEM that delivered the incorrect product (I sent them my order number to verify I had ordered a note 20 ultra 5g case and not NOTE 20) and I'm confused why i should go through more trouble of sending it back etc. I still haven't heard anything from them after replying to their email.
Also, their tracking page is non-existent. I attempted to track my order but always got an error message. Not sure if this is just happening to me or to others as well. Anyway, won't ever be purchasing from Spigen again purely due to the terrible customer service I have received.
